How do I start?

New to exercise or ViPR? Start small, 4kg, 6kg to 8kg, but you will gain strength and ability quickly so maybe consider buying all together allowing you to challenge yourself on easier moves.

Conditioned Exerciser. You have the fitness you just need to learn to move with ViPR, which is different at first. Using the guidelines above you may start with a 6kg or 8 kg and look to a 10 or 12kg for higher strength gains.

Athlete, Sport teams and warriors. Already athletic, but looking to take cardio and strength to competition levels by enhancing mobility, speed and power performance. You need a selection so you can accommodate all the skills required: cardio, balance, coordination, mobility, agility, speed, strength and power. Using the guidelines above consider 6kg to 26kg.

Restorative Exercise or Older Populations. You need to keep it gentle, 2kg – 4kg, but still challenging to elicit gains, 4kg – 6kg.

ViPR enables me to replicate the global and contextual movement patterns my athletes rely on in competition, this translates to better performance on the pitch. Its versatility unlocks a myriad of progressions, regressions and ways to stimulate my clients through dynamic movements, which has quite frankly make traditional strength training equipment redundant.

Joseph Taylor

Total Player, Sports Coach, Italy

My practice focus is on rehabilitation and functional conditioning for older adults, and the Vipr stands out for its versatility in this setting. Its ease of maneuverability makes it an excellent tool for training task-specific movements and for loading mobility exercises. Vipr effectively bridges the gap between body weight only movement and heavier strength training, allowing for graded and specific loading of joints and soft tissues for those who are deconditioned or returning to exercise from injury.
